Experience:
2+ years of office administration experience, required
Office Manager experience a plus
Experience using a CRM, including invoicing, data entry and documentation

Meetorra is hires an office Manager, in the UK, in London. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day branch operations. You will support a team of two sales managers and their customers. This role will oversee and supervise a small staff in the branch, including provide performance management, approving time off, time sheets and other personnel related functions. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
Supervise a small staff to include deliver driver, and production team;
Provide excellent customer service to clients including trouble shooting and providing resolutions;
Manage and oversee reprographics and all orders including production, scheduling, as well as all outsourced orders;
Communicate with outside vendors, and third parties to place and track outsourced orders;
Manage and oversee branch inventory including ordering, purchasing, documentation, reporting and implementing inventory controls.

Entry Level/Junior Architect/Architectural Designer in London
We are currently seeking an entrylevel/junior Architect/Architectural Designer to work on a wide range of building types and clients. This position is located in our office in the UK, in London .
Our overall team of professionals provides innovative architectural design, building systems engineering, interior design, site design, civil design and 3-D Imaging services, including virtual reality, to clients regionally and globally. Designers engage modern building methods and technologies that provide real-world solutions resulting in more efficient and sustainable projects.
Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist the project team with development and production of architectural design and construction documents, primarily in BIM models
Prepare sketches and drawings for internal use as well as client presentations
Assist with architectural fieldwork on projects
Attend and document client meetings
Assist architects with projects in construction; reviewing shop drawings, product data, conducting field observations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related
0-5 years of experience working in the design/construction field
Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk BIM 360, Microsoft Office are our typical platforms, some internal training is available
Experience with other 3D software a plus, but not required

Architectural Designer in Vladivostok
Overview/General Description
An Architectural Designer is assigned to a design team that will be working on a specific or specific group of projects, which is managed by the Architectural Project Manager. The Architectural Designer shall be able to work directly with the supervisors to initially set up construction documents, perform revisions and other tasks deemed necessary to the progression of the current workloads. This person is responsible for maintaining timeframes as set forth by the manager for the project.
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
• Good communicator; strong teamwork skills
• Demonstration of basic math skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computing skills including proficiency in MS Office suite
• Autocad Experience (2 years)
• Ability to Multi-Task
Preferred Requirements
• Has good personal representation
• Ability to intuitively solve problems
• Basic knowledge of building codes
• Ability to interpret advanced construction documents
Specific Responsibilities
Technical Skill Base
• Lead site surveys & coordinate details with site owner with minimal supervision
• Perform initial site investigation reports
• Perform “red lined” revisions with minimal supervision
• Create elevations/sections from drawings
• coordinate permit submission requirements
• Create Construction Documents from schematics
• Ability to perform preliminary reviews of own work
• Excellent Autocad Skills
• Understanding of Base Architectural Systems & Schedules
• Understanding of remedial Structural Systems
• Understanding of remedial Electrical Systems
